How to Order
Click on the flag of your currency choice (top right):
Browse our catalog and select the items you would like. Type
in the quantity and press " Add " button . When finished review your shopping
cart and fill in the required information for processing your order.
Follow the on-screen forms to complete and send your order.
Payment Options include at this time Master Card, Visa Card, Pay Pal. Telephone # is required. We are not
responsible for any shipping / delivery delay due to a missing telephone number.
Master Card / Visa Card and Pay Pal orders will be shipped
in-between 1-4 days.
Telephone Orders: Yes we accept telephone orders. All telephone orders
require a valid e-mail address. If no email address for confirmation is provided
by customer, we do not take any responsibility of mistakes of written errors,
amounts or colors or address errors..
We will process your telephone order a.s.a.p and send
you your invoice via e-mail. In case there are mistakes on items or on your shipping / billing
information, please contact us directly via e-mail before we ship your order
out. Any shipping or delivery problems resulting out of any unreported/ to late
reported mistakes, will be followed up on customer costs.
Shipping Information
Orders will be filled from in stock items directly. We ship by
regular surface post or express post. Signature is required, as all parcels are
insured. If any item is out of stock, we will let you
know via e-mail and wait 24hrs before shipping your order without the missing
item, which is then cancelled and the order total is reduced before charging
your card.
If with an order among in stock items an item is ordered, which shows " out of
stock" or " sold out" , we will cancel the item off your order and correct the
invoice total.
In case , that the incorrect shipping method is chosen, we will correct the shipping
costs and charge your card accordingly.
We will contact you via e-mail if shipping of your order is delayed.
If you do not hear from us please e-mail us and we will do our best to track
your order down.
In case your order contains in-stock items and special
order items, we will hold your whole order until the special order item
arrives or if the special order item is backordered, we will send the
in-stock part of your order and then ship the special order item as soon as
it arrives, - in that case the shipping costs will re-occor and will be
charged to your card.
USA: Shipping Cost : US $ 8.99
Canada: shipping Cost : CDN $ 9.98
All our parcel are shipped insured. Due to the insurance , it is not
possible to "leave parcels at doorsteps" or else.
International Shipping Charges:
You can send in your order and we will give you a quote for the shipping
charges via e-mail, then you can make your decision for the shipping of order. Usually
the international shipping charges start from approx.: $20 for surface
parcels.
The following approx. shipping days for the
postal service apply the day after we shipped your parcel out:
Regular surface shipping to USA /Canada takes 1.5 to
3 weeks
( some exceptions apply (ex.customs)) , during Christmas season it might take longer..
Hawaii and Alaska takes 2-5weeks (some exceptions
apply ex.: customs).
Please use for faster postal service the Express to USA
US add $16.01 per parcel up to $250.00, over $250 add $23.01 ( 3-8 business days, some exceptions apply(
ex.:Alaska and Hawaii 10+ business days, customs))
APO - Army addresses - The postal shipping times are valid for into the USA.
How long it will take to get to destination depends on the Arm postal system and
is out of our or the postal hands.
If customer does not provide his/her valid telephone number for the
order, the shipping insurance might be invalid. Any costs resulting out of a
parcel being returned because no the telephone number was not provided or parcel
was not picked up at the local post office, will be
charged to the customer and with ordering at our website or Toll Free Number,
customer agrees to these charges.
If customer orders an out of stock item ( showing on the website out of stock or
limited), the item not in stock will be taken off the order and the order total
will be adjusted accordingly before charging customers credit card.
If an item is just sold out, we will email and ask for advise if to replace with
another item or if to send the order without the item. If we don't receive an
answer during the following 48hrs, we will ship your order without the item and
adjuste the order total accordingly.
SPECIAL order items: Special ordered items are not able to be cancelled
by customers -, during ordering process ( or after) and non return/ exchange -or
refundable. If we receive notification by manufacturer or supplier, that
item is no longer available, we will return any
charged amount in full.
Parcel is not arriving in recommended time : If a parcel is
not arriving
in the recommended time, we will , -after being notified by our
customer-, contact Canada Post to request further information. As soon as
we receive the information we will contact our customer directly with
those information ( this might take a while , for international parcels longer
).
In any case, please check first with your local post office if you parcel is
there.
Customer is responsible for any taxes,
duties if applicable .Please contact your local customs
to find out the $ amount you can bring into your country without paying duty. To our knowledge
duty free are orders into USA under $200.
Commercial importers are responsible
for any duty, custom declaration, taxes or any other requirement or
costs .Please contact your local customs for further information.
Shipping to all other countries via surface post ( 4-8
weeks some exceptions apply )or air /express post ( 6-15
business days, some exceptions apply). The international shipping costs start at
approx $24 for 1kg . We will contact you with the exact shipping
costs and shipping times from Canada Post for your order. Shipping costs are
being determined by weight and volume.
Return Policy
Please request instructions for returning items and request a
return authorization number ,except for:
Yarns, wools, accessories, Sale-items, special ordered items, DMC, Tapestry wool and
charts/pattern which are not return-/exchange- or refundable.

For any reason you may return unopened kits
( not :yarn, accessories, books ,DMC,tapestrywool,charts,
sale items and special ordered items ) in a postage prepaid package with the receipt
and the
authorization number within 30 days of purchase. Please mark the
parcel clearly outside with " returning goods".
( Yarns, wools, accessories, DMC, Tapestry wool and charts/pattern and sale
item, as well as special ordered items are not
return-/exchange- or refundable.) Customer is responsible for the returned
items until we receive it back (sorry we cannot be responsible for any returned
items lost in the postal system). We recommend the postal system for returning
goods. Please take out insurance at your local post
office to secure yourself). We can only refund money for the item itself
when we receive . Shipping charges will not be returned.
Any wool/yarn item cannot be returned, exchanged for the
reason of allergies ( cat or dog or other hair )which can create a hazardous
allergic reaction .Many customers have let us know, they appreciate to receive a
brand new yarn instead of a yarn ball which was "who knows where".
Customer is responsible for any shipping, brokerfees or other
costs due to sending the item back. We will not except any such charges here.
Sale items, Accessories, DMC and Tapestry Wool, Wool and Books as
well as opened items are not returnable/refundable.
For returning defective items please request as well an
authorization number and further instructions, as we may ask you to send
it direct to the manufacturer.
